Basic information
The institution was established on September 13, 2008 in accordance with the resolution of the Administration of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug dated October 6, 2006 No. 439-A as the State cultural institution “Cultural and Business Center” in order to exercise the powers of the state authorities of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous in the field of cultural and entertainment services for the population of the Autonomous Okrug, methodological support for the activities of institutions of additional education for children in the field of culture and art. In April 2011, the organizational form of the Institution was changed in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug No. 147-P dated 03.23.2011 “On the creation of the state autonomous institution of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug” Cultural and Business Center “
